Lodge at the Presidio

Conversion of a former Army barracks building into a 42-room hotel on the Main Post of the Presidio in San Francisco. The scope of the work included seismic upgrades; masonry restoration; all new MEPFS systems; exterior site work and utilities; and interior finishes. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
