Self-Perform

With over 100 craftspeople on staff, Plant has self-performed multiple disciplines for decades. These include carpentry, casework, concrete, demolition, doors and hardware, drywall, millwork, rough framing, shoring, site preparation, and more. We do not insist on self-performance; we rely on our capabilities when they provide a benefit to projects’ safety, quality, budget, and schedule.

Leveraging the expertise of our in-house groups affords the additional benefit of effective management of and communication with trade partners; supplying qualified craft personnel during labor shortages; and in many cases providing our clients full-scale turnkey services.
