For decades, Plant has found ways to breathe new life into old structures. As historic facilities age, we continue to find innovative ways to repurpose them through adaptive reuse construction. We adapt historic landmarks into mixed-use developments, oversee office conversions to residential housing, and have even repurposed a museum into a life science incubator!
